塑料挤出机用途：

SJ系列单螺杆塑料挤出机是塑性塑料挤出型的机器，调换各种形式的机头（口模、芯模）与相应的辅机配套使用，即可将软、硬聚乙烯、聚丙烯、PVC……等原料进行管、棒、带行、吹塑薄膜、拉线、吹瓶及包制电线、电缆、绝缘层生产。

塑料挤出机特点：

使用高硬度齿轮减速箱，传动可靠、维修方便、适用于长期工作。

塑化螺杆设计合理，在高速状态下，物料也不易分解，此螺杆可加速物料的

熔化，减小压力波动，使得制品均匀，生产产量高。

料斗室加料段设有强制喂料沟槽，可加快颗粒传送，从而使挤出机性能稳定。

设有双通道温度自动控制仪，加热时温度波动小，根据不同塑料的加工工艺，选择理想的加热温度，并能自动控制机头、机筒的温度。

冷却风机直接与加热圈相连，提高机筒的冷却效果。

Purpose of plastic extruder:

The SJ series single screw plastic extruder is a plastic extrusion type machine. By replacing various forms of machine heads (mouth molds, core molds) with corresponding auxiliary machines, raw materials such as soft and hard polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC... can be used for pipe, rod, strip, blown film, wire drawing, bottle blowing, and packaging of wires, cables, and insulation layers.

Characteristics of plastic extruder:

The use of a high hardness gear reducer ensures reliable transmission, convenient maintenance, and is suitable for long-term operation.

The design of the plasticizing screw is reasonable, and under high-speed conditions, the material is not easily decomposed. This screw can accelerate the material's decomposition

Melting, reducing pressure fluctuations, making the product uniform and producing high yields.

The feeding section of the hopper chamber is equipped with a forced feeding groove, which can accelerate particle conveying and stabilize the performance of the extruder.

Equipped with a dual channel temperature automatic controller, the temperature fluctuation during heating is small. According to different plastic processing techniques, the ideal heating temperature is selected, and the temperature of the machine head and barrel can be automatically controlled.

The cooling fan is directly connected to the heating ring to improve the cooling effect of the barrel.
