穿管机两端安装有法兰，法兰可由液压控制调节上下前后运动，用于固定支撑钢管和封堵钢管与防腐层(聚乙烯夹克管或各种防腐层)之间的保温层。发泡平台上下左右均有挡板用于控制防腐层( 聚乙烯夹克管或各种防腐层)与钢管之间的距离使保温层厚度一致。法兰、与挡板等所有操作均有液压控制完成，操作简单快捷。

穿管机主要由马达减速机、双链条传动、(钢管)支撑小车，轨道、推板等部件构成。

穿管机与发泡平台结合使用，穿管机主要是完成钢管穿入防腐层(聚乙烯夹克管等防腐层)， 送入发泡平台的作用。操作简单、快捷、省时省工。

穿管机采用电动马达，使连接于链条尾端的推板，推动放在支撑小车上面的钢管沿轨道方向把钢管穿入事先放在发泡平台上面的(聚乙烯管)防腐层管内。

穿管机省去了普通生产模式中捆绑支架、人工穿管的费I繁琐事情，所有操作均有电动与液压完成，省时省力。

The main function of the pipe threading machine is to penetrate the steel pipe into the anti-corrosion layer (such as polyethylene jacket pipe) and feed it into the foaming platform. The operation is simple, fast, and time-saving.

The pipe threading machine uses an electric motor to push the push plate connected to the end of the chain, pushing the steel pipe placed on the support trolley along the track direction to penetrate the steel pipe into the (polyethylene pipe) anti-corrosion coating pipe previously placed on the foam platform.

The threading machine eliminates the cost of bundling brackets and manual threading in ordinary production mode, and all operations are completed electrically and hydraulically, saving time and effort.
