发泡原理

A、B两种组份原液，经精确配比和高速搅拌，由两台高精度计量泵，把A、B两组分料液各自输送到搅拌头。经过高速强烈搅拌，使之料液均匀而喷出，形成所需产品。从动力方面分类可分为：高速叶轮型、高压空气型、鼓风中低压型一台完整的聚氨酯发泡机由以下几个系统组成：料流系统、计量系统、气路系统、加热系统、清洗系统、混合装置

发泡机使用注意事项：温度对发泡机产量与泡沫质量有很大影响。在30℃以下，水温越高，泡沫密度越小，产量越高。但当水温超过30℃，由于泡沫密度过小，泡壁过薄，容易消泡，所以产量反而降低。因此发泡剂的水溶液温度控制在20℃～30℃发泡效果好。

各产品要求不同，汽车内饰温度80度左右，自行车车座海绵60度左右，同时也与外环境的温度、湿度有关。

Foaming principle
