钢管外壁抛丸除锈设备机器用途及工艺：

本机为钢管外壁清理机，钢管经抛丸可去除外壁金属表面的锈蚀及氧化皮，获得一定粗糙度的光亮表面，达到钢管外壁防腐前的要求，从而提高瓷漆的附着力。该机具有清理多规格管径的功能，它适用于锅炉、自来水、石油、天然气等行业钢管的外表面处理，并可通过辊道输送与喷漆、烘干组成连续作业生产线。该工艺是利用高速旋转的抛丸器带动弹丸并使之加速同时抛出，打击钢管外壁，去除其表面的氧化皮、锈蚀和焊渣等，从而达到去除焊接应力，增加钢管表面的锚纹深度，从而增强钢管表面的附着力，大大提高了聚氨酯与钢管外壁的粘接强度，使保温管材的钢管与保温层紧密结合成一体。

本机有如下主要特点：

1、抛丸器采用垂直向上抛丸布置。由于管径不同钢管在辊道输送时其可保证管底高不变，抛丸器从下向上抛射，抛丸器的抛射距离不变，即能达到均匀的清理效果。

2、工件连续通过抛丸器的进出口，因清理管径悬殊的钢管，为防止弹丸外飞，本机采用多层可换式密封，实现对弹丸的彻底密封。

3、多功能抛丸机，抛砂量大，效率高，宽抛射带，叶片更换迅速，维修方便。

Machine Usage and Process of Steel Pipe Outer Wall Shot Blasting and Rust Removal Production Line:

This machine is a steel pipe outer wall cleaning machine. The steel pipe can be shot blasted to remove rust and oxide skin from the outer metal surface, obtaining a bright surface with a certain roughness, meeting the requirements before anti-corrosion of the steel pipe outer wall, thereby improving the adhesion of the enamel paint. This machine has the function of cleaning multiple sizes of pipes. It is suitable for the external surface treatment of steel pipes in industries such as boilers, tap water, oil, and natural gas. It can also form a continuous production line through roller conveyor, painting, and drying. This process utilizes a high-speed rotating shot blasting machine to drive and accelerate the shot, simultaneously throwing it out, hitting the outer wall of the steel pipe, removing the oxide skin, rust, and welding slag on its surface, thereby removing welding stress, increasing the depth of anchor lines on the surface of the steel pipe, enhancing the adhesion of the steel pipe surface, greatly improving the bonding strength between polyurethane and the outer wall of the steel pipe, and tightly integrating the steel pipe and the insulation layer of the insulation pipe.

This machine has the following main features:

1. The shot blaster adopts a vertical upward shot blasting arrangement. Due to different pipe diameters, steel pipes can ensure that the bottom height of the pipe remains unchanged when transported on the roller conveyor. The shot blaster shoots from bottom to top, and the distance of the shot blaster remains unchanged, achieving a uniform cleaning effect.

2. The workpiece continuously passes through the inlet and outlet of the shot blasting machine. Due to the cleaning of steel pipes with varying diameters, in order to prevent the shot from flying out, this machine adopts a multi-layer replaceable seal to achieve complete sealing of the shot.
